Business Process
When you book a Service our site automatically generates an email to the Service Provider confirming your placement in the course. You must attend the course or risk losing the fee you paid for the Service unless you follow the cancellation policy below or that directly informed by the Service Provider at the time you book the Services.
The service will not be provided to you in case there are related funds that you have not paid
 

Method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency

We use a third party payment gateways to collect payments from customers on our site.

We accept payments Bank transfer /Cash or online using PayPal or Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card ,  All refunds (if applicable) are also transfer through this mode of payment to the same card as you paid with.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through our website and is considered part of our general terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Refund

• If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund (100%).

• If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, no refund will be provided.

• If the booking was made less than 48 hours in advance and the customer requests a cancellation, no refund will be issued, but the customer may reschedule the appointment for an additional fee of AED 200, within a maximum of 3 months from the original booking date.

Rescheduling

• Customers are entitled to reschedule their booking once only, within 3 months of the original booking date.

• The cost of rescheduling in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or absence is AED 200.

• If the customer is absent or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the booking will be considered cancelled, and a fee of AED 200 will be charged to reschedule a new appointment.

Absence and Incomplete Courses

• Once the course has started and the customer has approved it, no refunds will be granted in the case of absence or unwillingness to complete the course.

• If the customer is absent for 7 consecutive days without prior coordination, the course will be considered expired, and a fee of AED 400 must be paid within one month from the last booking date to reactivate the course.

• If one full month passes without reactivating the course or contacting us, the course will be deemed completed, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Us

• If we cancel the booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), the customer has the right to either reschedule the service at their convenience or request a full refund.

Refund Processing Time

• Refund requests will be processed within 15 to 25 days from the date of request submission.

Exceptions

• The company and service providers reserve the right to modify the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis in order to best accommodate the customer.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. You and we both agree that the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre will have exclusive jurisdiction.


 

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

-This voucher is valid until three months from the date of issuance, a in UAE

-This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only under the name of the beneficiary

-This voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion

-Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed

-The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable

-We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances

-Vouchers cannot be clubbed and used for single transaction

-This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards

-Not applicable for online product purchase, its for courses only

-Request to change the name of the beneficiary, an additional fee of 250 dirhamsRequest to extend the value of the voucher for a month from the expiry date 250 dirhams each month and The application must be submitted before the voucher expires
