About Mentorship Program

MOUTASE ACADEMY presents the Professional Photography Mentorship Program, a practical training experience designed for individuals who want to enter the real working environment of photography and creative production.

This is not a traditional photography course.
It is a real work experience where the trainee becomes part of the daily studio workflow and learns directly through practice during real projects and client sessions under the supervision of photographer Moutasem Qawassmeh and the academy team.

The goal of the program is to transfer real professional experience and help trainees understand how the photography profession actually operates in the market, including dealing with clients, managing sessions, and meeting professional work standards.

About the Mentor

Moutasem Qawassmeh is a film and television director, professional photographer, internationally certified trainer in photography and creative arts, and the founder of Moutasem Academy in Dubai.

He holds a degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from Yarmouk University and graduated with honors in Photography and Filmmaking from the University of West London, United Kingdom.

He has delivered specialized training programs and workshops for students, hobbyists, and professionals, and has collaborated with governmental entities, companies, and institutions inside and outside the UAE.

He holds the UAE Golden Visa under the category of creative entrepreneurs in recognition of his contributions to the creative and educational field.

Professional Discipline and Attendance Policy

To simulate a real professional environment, trainees must follow attendance and discipline regulations.
A point system will be applied in cases of late arrival, absence without prior notice, failure to complete assigned tasks, inappropriate behavior, or improper use of equipment.

Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or termination of the training without refund.
The trainee is also responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

Fees

Program fees start from AED 2,500 per month depending on the selected mentorship package and attendance schedule.

This program is a practical training experience and not an employment contract. It is designed to help you gain real experience, access potential work opportunities through us or work as a freelance photographer, and guide you through the legal requirements and licensing process for freelance work in the UAE.

Admission Requirements

Enrollment in the Professional Photography Mentorship Program is available only to students who have successfully completed a training course at Moutasem Academy and obtained an official academy certificate.

Applicants must demonstrate a serious interest in pursuing photography professionally and commit to the academy’s schedule and regulations.

The trainee must maintain professional conduct and respect the studio environment, equipment, clients, and team members throughout the program working period.
