Niche Project Application: Hands-on execution of a project designed specifically for your business or hobby. مدة الدورة: يومين (ساعتان ونصف لكل يوم) وصف الدورة: ارتقِ بمهاراتك من خلال التدريب الفردي الحصري في أكاديمية معتصم بدبي. تُقدم هذه الدورة بشكل خاص لمتدرب واحد فقط، مما يضمن لك التركيز الكامل. تتميز الدورة بمرونة مطلقة؛ حيث يمكننا إعادة تشكيل وتصميم المحاور بالكامل لتناسب احتياجاتك الشخصية أو متطلبات مشروعك التجاري، سواء كنت ترغب في التركيز على طباعة الملابس، تصميم التغليف، أو فنون الورق. محاور الدورة (قابلة للتعديل والتشكيل حسب رغبتك): مقدمة مخصصة: إعداد الماكينة ومعايرتها بناءً على نوع مشاريعك. تدريب البرمجيات الموجه: احتراف أدوات برنامج كاميو التي تخدم تصاميمك تحديداً. إتقان الخامات المطلوبة: تركيز مكثف على المواد التي تنوي العمل بها (فينيل، فينيل حراري، إلخ). تقنيات الطباعة والقص المتقدمة: أسرار الدقة في إنتاج الملصقات والشعارات الاحترافية. تطبيق مشروعك الخاص: تنفيذ عملي لمشروع من اختيارك يخدم فكرتك خلال ساعات التدريب.
سياسة الإلغاء
Cancellation Policy : https://www.moutasemacademy.com/tc If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund (100%). If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, no refund will be provided. If the booking was made less than 48 hours in advance and the customer requests a cancellation, no refund will be issued, but the customer may reschedule the appointment for an additional fee of AED 200, within a maximum of 3 months from the original booking date. Rescheduling Customers are entitled to reschedule their booking once only, within 3 months of the original booking date. The cost of rescheduling in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or absence is AED 200. If the customer is absent or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the booking will be considered cancelled, and a fee of AED 200 will be charged to reschedule a new appointment. Absence and Incomplete Courses Once the course has started and the customer has approved it, no refunds will be granted in the case of absence or unwillingness to complete the course. If the customer is absent for 7 consecutive days without prior coordination, the course will be considered expired, and a fee of AED 400 must be paid within one month from the last booking date to reactivate the course. If one full month passes without reactivating the course or contacting us, the course will be deemed completed, and no refunds will be issued. شروط الالغاء في حال تم الإلغاء خلال أقل من 24 ساعة من موعد الحجز، لا يحق للعميل استرداد أي مبلغ. في حال تم الحجز قبل أقل من 24 ساعة وطلب العميل الإلغاء، لا يتم استرداد أي مبلغ، ولكن يمكن إعادة تحديد موعد جديد مقابل 200 درهم خلال مدة أقصاها 3 أشهر من تاريخ الملغي. إعادة الحجز يحق للعميل إعادة جدولة الحجز مرة واحدة فقط خلال 3 أشهر من تاريخ الحجز الاول. تكلفة إعادة الحجز في حال الإلغاء قبل أقل من 24 ساعة أو الغياب عن الموعد هي 200 درهم. في حال التأخر عن موعد الحجز لأكثر من 15 دقيقة، يُعتبر الحجز ملغيًا، ويتم فرض رسوم قدرها 200 درهم لإعادة ترتيب حجز جديد. حالات الغياب وعدم إكمال الدورة بمجرد بدء الدورة وموافقة العميل عليها، لا يحق له المطالبة بأي استرداد في حال الغياب أو عدم الرغبة في إكمال الدورة. في حال الغياب لمدة 7 أيام متتالية دون تنسيق مسبق، تُعتبر الدورة منتهية، ويلزم دفع 400 درهم خلال شهر واحد من آخر موعد للحجز لإعادة تفعيل الدورة. بعد مرور شهر كامل دون تفعيل الدورة أو التنسيق معنا، تُعتبر الدورة مكتملة، ولا يحق المطالبة بأي مبالغ مدفوعة.
